• Christmas concert scheduled for Monday, December 10 is cancelled.

• Wednesday, December 12 is our Holiday semi-formal dance which is from 6:30 pm- 9:30 pm at Island View. The cost of the dance is $6.00 per student with a non-perishable item and $7.00 without a non-perishable item. All students must have an Island View Student ID when they enter the dance.
Any students who have outstanding library books, or have not paid athletic fees for school teams or have received an Out of School Suspension (OSS) will not be permitted to go to the dance. If B block is your off-class, please check in with the guidance office to see if you have an overdue library book.

• Teachers are playing in the championship game in Dodgeball today
at lunch. Come out and support the team.

• Coffee house is rescheduled to Thursday, December 6, 6-8 pm.  Admission is $3 at the door.

• Attention all Run Club members, due to the weather there will be no run club today.

• Any students interested in learning some computer programming, come join the coding club.  Coding club is every Thursday after school from 2:15 - 4 PM in room 309, Mr. White's room.   Bring your Chromebook. 

• Come to Room 214 after school Tuesdays to play some tabletop games.  We've got Pandemic, all the Forbidden games, Resistance, Mole Rats in Space, and maybe even some Dungeons and Dragons.  Come get your geek on after school.

• Island View Devils Intramural program has begun:
Monday and Wednesday - open gym
Tuesday and Thursday - sport specific games 
Doors open at 10:50am and will close at 11:25am.
