• March is Nutrition Month™ and Island View High School is participating in the Great Big Crunch this week. There are apples for everyone to enjoy. You can get an apple in the morning at the breakfast program or anytime during the day in the main office.

• The 'Wheel of Pie' will be in the gym today at lunch, where the top 4 teachers to achieve the most votes will be chosen to get pied! Votes are 50 cents, and you can cast your votes for the first 10 minutes of lunch before the teachers are chosen. To those who have already paid 2$ for the movie they are advised to cast their 2$ towards voting for a teacher in the wheel of pie!  A refund of your $2 is available in the office

• Student Council will be showing 'How to Train Your Dragon' on Friday.  All students are invited to relax 3rd and 4th period in the gym for free! Popcorn will also be available for 1$. 

• CRASH program is after school Mondays and Fridays in room 315.

• Jazz Band, Wednesday after school.  Concert Band at lunch.  See Ms. Gendron if you have any questions.

• Island View’s first Art Club, Room 117 meets twice weekly on Mondays and Thursdays at lunch.  Bring your lunch. 

• Pre-orders for yearbook are taken on Wednesdays at lunch in the main lobby until March 29.  After that date, a yearbook cannot be purchased.  Cost of yearbook is $15.

• Come to Room 214 after school Tuesdays to play some tabletop games.

• Come out to badminton club in the gym on Mondays and Thursdays after school.  All are welcome.

• Yearbook committee meetings Mondays at lunch in room 321, new members are welcome.

• Coding club every Thursday after school from 2:15 - 4 PM in room 309. Bring your Chromebook.
