Island View High School

December 7th, 2020

• Today’s mental health tip:

Have a Routine: having no routine often means having the constant worry of “when will I get it all done.” Without a daily routine at school, work and/or home, you may find yourself playing catch-up with yesterday’s to-do list.  If you’re always behind on what should have been done the day before, you’re likely also staying awake worrying about what didn’t get done. Routines lead to improved mental health, more time to relax and less anxiety.

• Island View High is a very diverse place, being home to a variety of races, religions, communities and points of views, to name a few! As we get closer to the winter holidays, the IVH Student Council would love to spread some holiday cheer. Please help us out by filling out the Google Form posted on our Instagram!

• Yearbooks are being pre-ordered online only this year. The cost of a yearbook will be $45 and the link is posted on the Island View High School website. Be sure to order your yearbooks early as there are a limited number available.
