• Yearbooks are being pre-ordered online only this year. The cost of a yearbook will be $45 and the link is posted on the Island View High School website. Be sure to order your yearbooks early as there are a limited number available.

Respect your Limits: Resist the temptation to keep working beyond your limits. Know, respect and share your limits with those around you to avoid burnout. Stress can affect you both physically and emotionally, so it is important to recognise your limitations and seek help when you need it. Your boundaries affect your self-concept, self-respect, feelings, energy levels, and your happiness – and they also ensure that you get your needs met and aren't being taken advantage of.  It's good to know your limits with everything you do.
