• Halfway through lunchtime (11:10am) today the cafeteria seating area must be cleared for student athletes to prepare for the athletics ceremony.  Student athletes must meet in the cafeteria with their teams at 11:10am to be organised for the ceremony.

• If you have pre-ordered a yearbook see Ms. Griffin in room 321 at lunch to receive your signature pages.

• Lost and Found items are on display on the second floor outside the Guidance Office.  Any items not claimed by noon today will be donated to charity.

• Since the school year is winding down, all library books are now due. If you still have library books checked out, please return them to the IVHS Library as soon as possible.  This includes books you may have checked out from other HRCE Schools.  Overdue email notices were sent to all students who have books checked out.  Be sure to check your school email account to see what you still have checked out.  Please contact Ms. Garnier if you have any questions.  

• Attention grade 12s, the Eastern Passage / Cow Bay Lion’s Club Scholarship is now available. Interested students can pick up an application in guidance or on the guidance website. Completed applications must be submitted to Mr. O’Reilly no later than Monday, June 13.

• Open Art Studio is closing down as our semester is drawing to an end and process exams are on the horizon.  The art room will only be open at lunch to current art students that are working on finishing projects and have booked a time with Ms. Perry or Ms. Walzak in advance.

• Any student who has outstanding jerseys or athletic fees are asked to hand in Asap!

• A reminder to grade 12 students to check the guidance website and guidance office for scholarship opportunities and upcoming post-secondary events.

• Island View High Schools Devil’s Lair is now offering IVHS Pride T-shirts for sale $15.  Five dollars from each sale will be donated to the GSA.  Please order in the Learning Centre, Room 215.  You may pay with cash or Tap.
