IVHS Spirit Week

• Thursday-Adam Sandler Day-dress up like Adam Sandler

• Friday-Country vs. Country Club- dress up like someone from the country or a country club

• Anyone interested in joining the yearbook committee, please attend our first meeting on Monday Sept. 26th at lunch in room 321. All returning and new members are welcome to attend.

• Good luck to our baseball team today, they play Cole Harbour at 8:15pm Woodside 2 field.

• Also, wishing luck to our boys’ soccer team who takes on Millwood 4pm at Cole Harbour field.

• Anyone interested in Cross-Country please come to the gym today for a brief meeting.

• IVH is looking for a boys’ volleyball coach and a cross country coach. These positions are needed as soon as possible. If you know of someone who might be interested please contact Mr. Fraser.

• Any IVH athlete that has uniforms belonging to the school are asked to pass them into Mr. Fraser as soon as possible. If you make a sports team and you have an outstanding jersey you may be required to pay for that jersey that is missing, before you start your season of play/practice.

• Intramurals every Tuesday and Thursday until Dec 15th. The time for intramurals will be 10:45 to 11:20 AM.

• Basketball club will take place each Tuesday and Thursday from 2:30-3:30pm in the gym. The first part will be skill and drills and the second part will be play!  This opportunity is open to ALL!  Come on out and shoot some hoops!

• A reminder that we are a scent-aware building so please be respectful with the use of scents.
