• A reminder that for the rest of October, students can apply to St. FX University for free. To do so, students will need a code; this code is posted on the guidance website.

• Boys basketball tryouts this Wednesday and Thursday 2:30-4pm in the gym.

• The girls soccer team tied 2-2 with Citadel High last night after a hard-fought battle on the pitch. The first goal was from Zoe Marchand and assisted by Lily Pickrem.  Lily continued to bring home the points by scoring on a penalty shot in the second half.

• Our girls soccer team will play Cole Harbour High Thursday Oct 13th 4:15pm at MicMac field. Best of Luck Girls!!!

• Girls volleyball next game: Monday Oct 17th 5 pm VS. Armbrae IVH Gym

• Cross-Country practice today 2:30pm meet in the gym
Regional competition Thursday Oct 13th at Point Pleasant Park. All athletes are asked to plan to get there on their own.

• Girls hockey practice at Shearwater rink 3:30pm today.

• Student-Athletes are reminded to pay their athletic fee into the office and return their Athlete contracts.

• Intramurals every Tuesday and Thursday until Dec 15th. The time for intramurals will be 10:45 to 11:20 AM.

• Basketball club will take place each Tuesday and Thursday from 2:30-3:30 pm in the gym. The first part will be skill and drills and the second part will be play!  This opportunity is open to ALL!  Come on out and shoot some hoops!
