Dear Parents and Guardians,

Parent / Teacher meetings will be taking place by telephone this year on Thursday, November 25th from 1 - 3pm and 6 - 8pm. You will be receiving an email from your child's teachers today with information regarding how you can book an appointment time to speak with them about your child's academic progress. At your scheduled appointment time you will receive a call from the teacher at the phone number you provide when booking your appointment. If you are unable to answer the call at this time the teacher will continue to try until it is time for them to move on to their next appointment. Please note that your scheduled appointment time is five minutes from the time the appointment is scheduled to begin. If more time is required then the teacher will provide you with options to continue your conversation at another time.
