Returning Student Registration Form

The Returning Student Registration Form (formerly Demographic Updates Form) is available to families from September 9 to October 5. This form is accessed via the Parent Portal and is an opportunity each year to review and update student information and also includes our yearly permissions and consents.

Chromebook Agreement Form

This year we are issuing Chromebooks in a slightly different manner. All students and their parents/guardians are required to read and complete this Google Form. Once completed, your child will be called to the library to receive their Chromebook.
