• Exam Exemption information:
Thursday, January 17 – Exemption List Posted for January 2019 Exams
Friday, January 18 – Pick up exemption applications – Main Office
Monday, January 21 - Exemption applications due
Wednesday, January 23 - 11:00 am final exemption list posted
Students who have a conflict with their exams, please inform the main               office and pick up a conflict form.

• Eastern Passage/Cow Bay Lion’s Club hold a monthly breakfast with proceeds going to Eastern Passage schools and other Community Organizations.  Their next breakfast is Saturday, January 19, 2019, 8-10 am with proceeds going to Island View High School.  Please come out and support your school and the Lion’s Club.

• Any students interested in playing chess at lunchtime may drop into Mr. Fingerhut's room 314. If there is enough interest, we can have a team compete in the high school tournament in the spring.

• Bake sale Friday at lunch time, outside the Guidance Office, in support of the Canadian Cancer Society.  Please show your support by dropping by and purchasing a baked good.

• Yearbook committee meets every Monday at lunch time in room 321.  

• Any students who put their chrome books in for repairs prior to the break, please drop by the Guidance office.

• Come to Room 214 after school Tuesdays to play some tabletop games.  We've got Pandemic, all the Forbidden games, Resistance, Mole Rats in Space, and maybe even some Dungeons and Dragons.

• Coding club is every Thursday after school from 2:15 - 4 PM in room 309, Mr. White's room.   Bring your Chromebook. 

• Island View Devils Intramural program has begun:
Monday and Wednesday - open gym
Tuesday and Thursday - sport specific games 
Doors open at 10:50am and will close at 11:25am.
