Wednesday - School spirit/swag
Thursday - Dress up as your favourite teacher
Friday - Dress up as your favourite celebrity/idol

• HRM wide food drive begins Monday March 21, 2022 until Friday March 25, 2022.   Please bring in non-perishable food items to the office. Please check expiry dates.

• Yearbooks can be pre-ordered using the link on the school website or on Instagram.  Cost of a yearbook is $45 and the deadline to order is April 30th.

• Attention grade 11 students. Currently there are 2 scholarships available for students who are currently in grade 11 and are planning to pursue university after graduation. For more information on this award please check with guidance.

• A reminder to grade 12 students to check the guidance website and guidance office for scholarship opportunities and upcoming post-secondary events.

• Island View High Schools Devil’s Lair is now offering IVHS Pride T-shirts for sale $15.  Five dollars from each sale will be donated to the GSA.  Please order in the Learning Centre, Room 215.  You may pay with cash or Tap.

• The third floor is off limits to students at lunch time.  Should a student need to meet with a teacher during that time it would be by appointment only.

• Open Art Studio Mondays and Thursdays at lunch time in room 117.

• Wednesday Lunchtime Band and Thursday 2:15-3:00 Band for any interested students, regardless of whether you are in band class.

• If you are using the elevator please do not use the elevator key when on the second floor.  You only need the key to access the elevator on the third and first floors.

• A reminder that we are a scent-aware building so please be respectful with the use of scents.
