• The cast of Summer in the City are asked to attend a quick meeting in Room 214 at lunch today.

• Tabletop Club will start after school next Monday, February 6th in Room 214.

• There is a new intramural schedule posted outside of the gym. The gym is open Mondays and Wednesdays with organized intramural sports on Thursdays starting soon.

• The girls volleyball team are reminded to bring their jerseys to Ms. Pike by the end of the week.

• Badminton tryouts tomorrow after-school. Please sign up outside of guidance.

• There will be a girls Rugby meeting Wednesday at lunch in the gym. The first practice will be Thursday at 5pm in the IVHS gym.

• If you haven’t already, teachers please bring your fire bag to the Guidance Office.

• Pre-order your IVHS yearbook using the QR code posted around the school, or the link posted on the school website or on Instagram. Cost for the yearbooks is $50 and the yearbooks will arrive in June. The deadline to pre-order a yearbook is February 21st, 2023, yearbooks cannot be purchased after this date.

• The Eastern Passage Lion’s Club is looking for volunteers to help with their Tuesday night bingo. If you are a student trying to build your resume or get some extra volunteer hours for scholarship purposes, this can be a good opportunity. For more information, please see Mr. O’Reilly in guidance.

• All potential grads have been added to the Potential Grad Google Classroom, please login to accept the invite.  If you did not receive an invite, please see Mr. White in room 309.

• A reminder to grade 12 students to check the updated scholarship list on the guidance website and outside the guidance office.

• A reminder that we are a scent-aware building so please be respectful with the use of scents.
