What is your "why"? What drives you to do this important work each day?

To support and empower students, ensuring they have the guidance, confidence and resources to succeed. What drives me is the impact that I make, helping the students overcome challenges and grow with confidence every day.

What do you enjoy most about your role?

Spending time with the students, engaging with them and building sincere relationships.

What would you most like families to know about the role of Student Support Workers in HRCE schools?

We are advocates and mentors who help students navigate academic, social, and personal challenges. We provide a safe space, resources, and guidance to ensure every student feels supported and can succeed.
