Suday, June 6-Community Memo
Dear IVHS Families,
We were very happy to see students on Thursday and Friday, and we believe we were able to answer a lot of questions and communicate to students what the end of the year would look like. We hope this email provides some clarity.
June 7- 11- Process Exam Week
This week students may be writing process exams in some of their courses. Please see the attachment for the Process Exam Schedule. If students have questions about their process exam they should see their classroom teachers.
Also this week students may be given opportunities to work on notes, rough drafts of essays, etc. that they can bring into their final exam.
This is an important week for a successful end to term.
June 14- 18-Exam Week
We are asking that students come to school exam week to do their final exams. We believe students have the best chance of success by writing their exams in school; asking questions and getting the support they need .If this is not possible we ask you contact the subject teacher and communicate this to the office.

Vaccination Appointments
Many students have vaccination appointments in the next two weeks. We understand the importance of these appointments and are not requesting that they be changed. Please check the time of your appointment and see if there is a conflict with your exam schedule. If so, please let your teacher and the office know as soon as possible and we will work with students to find solutions.
Graduation Ceremony
We have been told to begin planning a graduation ceremony that is similar to what we did last year. We are still not sure about gathering limits and other public Health Guidelines that will be in place at the end of June. We are planning that Graduations will be over two days-June 24 and 25.
