• Pep rally, A Bock, last period of the day.  Students must first go to their classroom and haven attendance taken.  Bring your Island View spirit.

• There will be hot chicken soup at lunchtime today outside room 211/213 for anyone who would like to grab a cup.

• Freezies are for sale - $2 each in front of the gym.

• Anyone interested in joining the yearbook committee, please attend our first meeting on Monday Sept. 26th at lunch in room 321. All returning and new members are welcome to attend.

• Girls volleyball tryout for today has been cancelled.  All girls trying out for the girls’ volleyball team are asked to come back for another tryout out Monday Sept 26th 2:30-4pm in the gym.

• Mandatory cross-country meeting today at lunch in the gym.

• Student-Athletes are reminded to pay their athletic fee into the office and return their Athlete contracts.

• Intramurals every Tuesday and Thursday until Dec 15th. The time for intramurals will be 10:45 to 11:20 AM.

• Basketball club will take place each Tuesday and Thursday from 2:30-3:30 pm in the gym. The first part will be skill and drills and the second part will be play!  This opportunity is open to ALL!  Come on out and shoot some hoops!
