The link to book grad photo retakes is now active on the school’s website.  You must book an appointment to have a retake done.  Retakes are scheduled for February 13.

A reminder the gym will be closed during exams, even if you are here during the lunch hour.

Pre-order your yearbook using the QR code on any poster around the school or on the school website, the deadline is January 31, and no yearbooks can be pre-ordered after that date.

All potential grads please fill out the yearbook grad write-up on the potential grad classroom, deadline is January 31.

The Lions Clubs will be holding their Speak out Competition next month and students from Island View High are encouraged to participate. It is open to any student in grade 9, 10, 11, and 12. For more information, and to participate, please see Mr. O’Reilly in guidance – no later than Friday, January 26.

The potential grad list is now posted across from the main office. Grade 12 students are asked to check the list to ensure your name is there and is correct. If you have any questions or concerns, please see Mr. O’Reilly in the guidance office.

Learning Centre selling popcorn Tuesdays and Thursdays outside room 217 - fifty cents a bag.   Hot chocolate, with marshmallows, $1 on Fridays.

French club meets every second Wednesday.

Improv Club meets Tuesdays on the stage after school. All are welcome. 

Reminder to grade 12 students to check the updated list of scholarships on the guidance website and posted outside of the guidance office.
